customer support is tragedy, 20 days pats, no answer, no reaction.

bought pro version, installed and facebook live streaming was not working stream to facebook groups. Reached out to their customer support on FEB 7th, explained problem, explained that already went via all these official support articles about this issue, nothing help, gave evidences and screen shots about that, and still I get answer to try that official article, and no answer what so ever from that time, today already 28th FEB, so 20 days past... I am paying money and can't use main feature for what I bought the product. Super strange.

Let down by eCamm when it could be great

Great software when it works but there are so many crashes it is embarrassing. What is worse is the unsympathetic customer service and zero recognition by the marketing department who refuse to discuss my complaints over pricing.

I lost several recordings because of…

I lost several recordings because of crashes. Very last second crashes, when you stop recording. Video files can't be repaired. I have tried hard.
Several streamings have audio problems as well.
I contacted the support with detailed information and a crash log. They never answered.
I am still subscribed for the moment, prices have doubled because of some new features they have added I will probably never use. If I unsubscribe and subscribe again later I will pay the new price.
I tried OBS in the meantime. It is free but slighly more dificult to set up and use.
Not sure what to do. I am afraid of losing more stuff because of crashes. Not getting any response from support doesn't help. There are chances I will swith to OBS soon.
For the moment I would not recomment this product despite it looks really profesional and promissing.

Beware this network

Beware this network - product works fine but their billing department is terrible and would not process a refund - calling my credit card company now to dispute charge, this is not how you do business as a company.
Buyer beware...
